Jun 06, 2011 – Bollywood superstar, Amitabh Bachchan is back again to woo audiences with his Kaun Banega Crorepati – season 5. Bachchan will be hosting the show for the fourth time. He had earlier hosted seasons one, two and four while season three had Shah Rukh Khan as the anchor. The shooting of Kaun Banega Crorepati – 5 shall start soon and the show will go on air on Sony Entertainment Television in June 2011.
The selection and registration procedure of the contestants has started. People who are interested to be a part of this mega show can do so through BSNL or MTNL mobile or Landline and Idea mobile. In order to get registered, participants will have to answer the question asked by Big B each on Sony Television within twenty four hours. Those who give correct answers will get a registration number and then Computer ji will shortlist the participants for the second round. Approximately 14,400 contestants will be selected for the first round. The shortlisted candidates will be informed on their mobiles or landline telephones. Call center executives of Kaun Banega Crorepati will take all the necessary information from the contestant, about his/her name and location etc. and inform them about the date and location of the audition.
Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in a new look in Kaun Banega Crorepati. In the latest edition of the show, Bachchan will be seen in a variety of bandhgalas instead of coats or jackets which will be designer by acclaimed designer, Rohit Bal. Big B also posted some pictures of his new look on his Twitter account.
